To Busy Creating... What comes next?

As many of you know, I have been MIA, for a couple of weeks. Computer problems... Ugh, lost of lost pictures, data, that's what I get for not backing up!! In the middle of all the chaos, we have been busy painting lots of beautiful French Furnishings, upholstering, and busy sewing many slip covers and pillow covers. I have been creating and designing a new line of bedding, shower curtains, and home decor pillows. If you have seen our store at Country Roads, we are a little empty right now, but come this Thursday we will be bringing in a fresh load of French lovelies. More photos of the shops and new merchandise coming soon...
I also wanted to share with you a new book that came in the mail from Amazon.com, called "A French Inspired Home" by Carolyn Westbrook. This is  a fabulous book, full of eye candy! I just received it a couple weeks ago, and as I was skimming through it, I started to recognize the photos, "that's a chair I designed,
 and slip covered!",

"that's my little french cane stool!",  I was so excited to see a favorite house that I adored, for many years, decorator Lauren Ross in Texas.

I remember the first thing she bought from me, was one of my favorite needlepoint pillows, since then, Lauren has bought a couple of my favorite things! Sometimes its hard to let go of these beautiful things, but I have to remember, "We can't keep everything!", a favorite quote by my other half! Usually I try to keep everything!
I also have been busy helping a friend design a fabulous new shabby sectional sofa, for her new old house that is being remodeled, decorating my best friends daughters room, her sons room, and her dining room!
A photograph by Full Bloom Cottage, French chair upholstered in white antique matelesse...

A little busy, but I'm not complaining, I promise I will soon list all of our new inventory this Tuesday to our website!
