So... We have a new bakery
in town.
When I walked into the bakery I was
instantly intrigued by all the colorful
round shaped little cookies.
I had to get one...
On our way home my assistant and I ate the cookies
in the car... Holy cow...
I went back the next day to try a few different
flavors.
I have to say the salted caramel is the
best, but the hazelnut is not
too far behind..
If you get a chance to try one, please do!
Oh my stars Loretta,

Those look amazing and I can imagine how they must taste! Wish they had some where I live. :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings~
They look delicious !!
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOODNESS! I can't stand it- I just can't stand it! I would eat the whole shelf full, I'm afraid! Hugs- Diana
ReplyDeleteThey are so fun aren't they? I made some for a party and realized they are actually quite easy to make too!
ReplyDeleteThey look simply divine - the only way I am going to get to taste one in the UK is to make them myself :) x
ReplyDeleteFunny you should ask. I had my first macaron yesterday from Laduree in NYC and have fallen head over heels. I couldn't believe how good they were! I had a green pistachio and a pink rose petal. They were both divine and nearly indescribable. Move over peach cobbler. These are now my favorite dessert!
ReplyDeleteThey're beautiful!

hi Loretta - that's a coincidence. I've just found your blog today and this morning I made macarons. See here: http://lilyfieldlife.blogspot.com/2011/12/chocolate-macarons-christmas-gifts.html

The French macaroons you mentioned look absolutely divine! I’ve been inspired to seek out similar treats, and thanks to Krazycouponclub.
ReplyDeleteI found some great deals on local bakeries that offer these delightful confections. Can't wait to try them and see how they compare! Try Promotions
